Message from Anne
2008 was quite a year for Pegasus Farm. In anticipation of the arrival of the Bethany College Equestrian program in September, extensive renovations took place around the farm, especially in the turn-out pastures and the secondary stables. The Equestrian program is in full swing and the team is doing well. The four foals we announced in our last edition are all healthy and beautiful, and we are expecting five more between April and June of 2009. Of course, fund raising efforts for the 2012 Olympics were kicked off with a great Steak Fry in September – more about that below.
In looking back on this year, I am so thankful to everyone for your continued business, support and friendship and I wish you all a bountiful New Year!
All my best ~
Anne

Dressage Arena coming soon …
Tony Dibartolomeo of Mutual Wholesalers Inc., donated materials for constructing our dressage arena. This is very exciting because now the young horses will see a dressage arena before they get to a horse show and it provides the Bethany equestrian dressage team a place to practice. Thank you Tony!

Anne can talk again ….
After breaking her jaw in early November and going through two surgeries, Anne has finally had her mouthful of metal removed and can talk (and eat) again. That’s one way to not to gain weight over the holidays!
